Our Location
Hear the BRAY is located in the small town of Littlefield, AZ, along the bank of the Virgin River.
The river snakes through the area creating a lush green corridor through the surrounding Mojave Desert landscape, with miles of rugged red rock cliffs, open valleys, quaint ponds, and riverside trails. A true paradise for donkeys!
Despite its quiet, rural setting, Hear the BRAY is conveniently located just off I-15 in the far northwestern corner of Arizona, about halfway between Las Vegas and Zion National Park.
In the future, we plan to offer camping, donkey walking experiences, educational programs, and more!
Our Facilities
Hear the BRAY is just getting started with our on-site facilities, and we plan to continue growing to make use of this beautiful space! We currently have capacity to care for up to a dozen donkeys at a time, with more space on the way.
One of the special features of our property is direct access to scenic walks along the Virgin River, giving the donkeys in our care opportunities for exercise, enrichment, and room to explore beyond their pasture.
As part of our training philosophy, we believe in individualized attention and hands-on care for our donkeys every single day, so you won’t find us using loud, heavy equipment.
We’ve maintained a beautiful, natural environment that gives our donkeys and those we board & train a peaceful place to rest & learn to trust, as well as a great place for people to experience everything donkeys have to offer!
